The houses are 3D printed from local earthen materials. They are extremely low cost yet high performing. They produce much of their own food, clean their own water, and produce their own energy. The landscaping in the neighborhood is all edible for humans and local wildlife. The houses are nestled into an agroecological landscape. There are large tool libraries with top of the line equipment kept in incredible condition. Self-driving shuttles, e-bikes, and e-scooters can be hailed in seconds and arrive in minutes. Maintenance is gamified for maximum efficiency and fun.
